1. Introduction

Welcome to CrickMate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrickMate website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "CrickMate," "we," "our," or "us" refers to CrickMate, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates.
  • "Services" refers to the CrickMate website, mobile applications, and all services provided by CrickMate.
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services.
  • "Turf Owner" refers to any individual or entity that lists their cricket turf on our platform.
  • "Booking" refers to the reservation of a cricket turf through our Services.

3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or outdated.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: When you make a booking through our Services, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected time slot. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the turf and are specified at the time of booking. Generally:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to partial or no refund
  • No-shows will not be refunded

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and are subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

By making a booking, you agree to pay the full amount specified for the selected time slot. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We may charge service fees in addition to the turf rental fees, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of CrickMate or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrickMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrickMate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and by providing additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
